adding text to a search box

Hi All,

I have created a site with a series of webapps, I also have a search box for my webapps.

What I would like to be able to is add a line of text in the search box as an instruction.

Does anyone know if this is possible in BC and how you do it.

If your coding in html5 then you can just do placeholder="Your text" in the input field, otherwise you need to do javascript OR CSS background image that is cleared on focus of the input field.
