Hi Everyone,

I do not understand this page.   I am trying to reset my password and Adobe FGlash Player will not accept it.  Is there any one I can speck with who will help me tonight as I cannot use the video portion of my computer without it.  I have followed the directions  but it will not take the pass word.  So I changed the password  again and it still will noty take it.

HELP PLEASE  asap.

God Bless,

Rosemarie

Presumably the password being requested is from your operating system asking for your local computer admin password (not an Adobe password) so that the relevant files can be altered on your hard drive for the software to be installed.

Hi John Waller,

"THanks " for the answer but that does not work either.  I  used the one for my gmail account and it does not work either.  The initial password has been changed  as requested.  Otherwise, I would not have change it!

Please, any more ideas?   This is very frustrating to say the least,

God Bless,

Rosemarie

Sorry I am not following.

Your Gmail account has nothing to do with your local computer admin password.

Which operating system are you running? Windows or Mac?

Any chance you can post screenshots showing us what you're trying to do?
