Can't get flash to work as 'installer' opens a script file.

I've downloaded the latest version of flash from the website but when i open the file there is a load of script and the installer doesn't start. Can anyone help me with this?Screen Shot 2014-12-18 at 11.07.54.pngScreen Shot 2014-12-18 at 11.08.10.png
