Can I use a green screen behind me in Adobe Presenter so that I can later add my logo behind me? If yes, how?

No. While you could capture a video of you infront of a green screen the actual replacement of the green screen with something else would require using a different tool. You would either need to look at an application that replaces the green screen as you capture it or something like Adobe Premiere for post capture editing.

One of the tools you might consider using is TechSmith Camtasia Studio. It has a feature called "Remove A Color" that would do this pretty simply.
