      About 2 months ago, I made a temporary cancellation for my Adobe Creative Cloud account. I was given a free month of the Cloud, and this occurred around Black Friday time. I was told that after the free month was over, I was still eligible for the deal and would be charged $15.99 per month afterward although today I was charged $19.35. When I tried to talk to customer service today (it got disconnected) they told me that I wasn't eligible. I'm incredibly confused about what's going on, and why I've been mischarged.
