When I loaded an e-book I borrowed from the public library here, I got the acsm file and loaded it into Digital Editions. I realized I downloaded the wrong format for my reader, and when I returned it, and re-downloaded it in the correct format, I got the error:
Unable to Download
Error getting License. License Server Communication Problem:
E_LIC_ALREADY_RETURNED
How do I let the program know I redownloaded it in a new format?
