i have installed the program but cannot authorise it in my computer even thought i have an acceptable adobe id.

The adobe id is fine but I cannot authorise the computer and I would like to download library books, I have downloaded Digital editions 4.02, It comes up with an error from the server

I Have reset the password and redownloaded the program. It does not seem to make any difference.

Same here except I just get a plain message
"Digital Editions could not connect to the activation server."  Not descriptive and not friendly,

DRM solution. No-one can read it.
