I am using Robohelp10. We use glossary terms in some of our html help pages. When I am opening the pages in IE10, some of the terms get expanded while some others dont. What might be the problem?

I assume you are using the Glossary hotspot wizard, right?
Are all the terms in the topic processed by the glossary hotspot wizard?
Does the issue only occur on IE10 or also on other browsers?
Do you have any custom scripts in your output?
Are it always the same terms that are expanded, or are there different terms?
Kind regards,
Willam

Thanks William for the reply.
Here are my replies to your questions:
Are all the terms in the topic processed by the glossary hotspot wizard?
>>> Yes
Does the issue only occur on IE10 or also on other browsers?
>> I have issue with all the browsers, even with older versions of IE.
Do you have any custom scripts in your output?
>> No
Are it always the same terms that are expanded, or are there different terms?
>> We have many terms expanded over different rows in a table. The same term gets expanded at one place and doesnt expand at a different place. Thing is all terms expand till one particular row. At some point they are not expanding and since that point, no term gets expanding.
One more thing is - We have different team environments here. And the problem with glossary terms starts at one particular place in one environment while it starts at a different place in another environment.
