Does anyone know how to edit the javascripts or actionscripts in Presenter
so that the SCORM runtime will send "Passed" not "passed"?

I believe the string values come from the scorm_support.swf module Breeze adds to presentations with an embedded quiz - if so, you'd have to take that apart and make a custom one.
