Hi, I'm searching for a file named "reset_fp11.bat.zip" but I cannot find it. It should be under "http://forums.adobe.com/servlet/JiveServlet/download/4322988-91203/reset_fp11.bat.zip" but this link doesn't work. Can anyone help me?

The file has been updated and renamed. The new link is https://forums.adobe.com/servlet/JiveServlet/download/4322988-360026/reset_fp.zip.

Please bookmark the FAQ How do I fix Windows permission problems with Flash Player? as it will always contain the latest information in the event a file name/link changes.
