I can't download Flash on my 10.9.5 mac with a 7.1.2 version of Safari.  It says my password is incorrect but I've changed the password, even created a new account on Adobe and it STILL will not accept the password.  I'm baffled and am out of options.  For the love of all that is holy, please help!

If this is your work machine and it's asking for an Administrator password, well, you'll need to have a conversation with your friendly IT person.

If you're still stumped, you may need to reset the password on your Mac:
