Hi,
I have a win 8.1 machine and am trying to install Dreamweaver 12_LS16.exe. When I type in the serial number I get an "Unable to verify serial number for Dreamweaver. Please contact customer support". I have contacted 4 technicians through the chat. None of their support helped so far. I also have 2 tickets opened.

Could this be a problem with my machine or am I not connecting to the adobe server?
The product was purchased through Adobe and the serial number and the download link I used are both found in my Adobe account.
This product is needed for my work and I've been dealing with this for 4 days, if all else fails is there a way to get reimbursed?
