Unable to verify serial number?

Hi,

I have a win 8.1 machine and am trying to install Dreamweaver 12_LS16.exe. When I type in the serial number I get an "Unable to verify serial number for Dreamweaver. Please contact customer support". I have contacted 4 technicians through the chat. None of their support helped so far. I also have 2 tickets opened.

Here's a list of what I have done so far:

  1. Reviewed global certificates
  2. Checked LAN settings - Successfully Installing & Activating CS6 (not Creative Cloud) behind an Authentication Proxy server
  3. Installed using the wireless and Ethernet connection
  4. "Cleared" my host file
  5. Cleared all SSLCache files
  6. Deleted cache.cb
  7. A technician remoted into my computer yesterday, still the problem is not solved.

Could this be a problem with my machine or am I not connecting to the adobe server?

The product was purchased through Adobe and the serial number and the download link I used are both found in my Adobe account.

This product is needed for my work and I've been dealing with this for 4 days, if all else fails is there a way to get reimbursed?
