Exclude chm from Search

Is there a way to exclude a chm file from the Search? The chm file in question must be in the same folder as the master chm. However, it is not in the merge files section (not a child of the master).

With .CHM files, search only works inside the .CHM you have open. So if the .CHM hasn't been included as part of a merged setup, its contents aren't (or I suppose I should say "shouldn't") be factored into the mix.
