First of all, what a bummer that most of this day has been spent trying to figure out how read eBooks on my Nook! Second, my library says I need Adobe Digital Editions to get books from OverDrive to the Nook. So I already enjoyed the forum that suggested for a crashing 4.0, go back down to 1.7.2 of Adobe Digital Editions. Have done that. Now the program stays open, but I can't open any eBooks I download, because it tells me "E_ADEPT_CORE_ACTIVATION_TOKEN_SIGNATURE"

What to do?!

Thanks for your suggestions!

Figured it out! The instructions on BN.com Nook Support helped- needed to deauthorize, then reauthorize, ADE 1.7.2.
