When I try to download an e-book purchased through Chapters-Indigo website, it will not allow me to transfer the book into Adobe Digital Editions. The error message I get is E_Stream_Error. I have already uninstalled and re-installed Adobe Digital Editions, and I have cleared all previous authorizations and re-authorized. It is an Adobe DRM link, and with other purchased books of this nature we have had no problems. No complicated solutions please because I have tried them. I want that book to open with ADE!
