Digital Editions 4 stopped working after restart of computer

I installed Digital Editions 4 and migrated old content, no problem, I also added som books and started reading.

Then I restarted my computer - shutdown normal and restart, and now it does not start -- no errors it just does not start

I tried uninstall and install, but still the same - what can I do?
