I think we all get this, however the Adobe box blocks us from getting to this stage.

Yes, it keeps asking for password and not recognizing it.

Hi Diana,

The password request is coming from a system prompt, therefore, it's your computer's password.  The password you use to log into your computer.  If your user account is not an Administrator, you'll need to provide an Administrator password.  If your machine does not have a password, ignore the password field and click OK to continue.
