I cannot seem to use/change my password so I can update my flash player?

When I try to update my flash player, it requests my username and password.  I did not remember my password so requested an email to set up a new one - twice now, and neither time has worked.  I'm very careful to enter the password and I know it's right, but the system still won't accept it.  Can someone help me?

Hello,

You need the password you use to log into your computer.  If you user account is an Administrator, it'll install.  Otherwise, you'll need to provide the password for an Administrator on your computer.  If you don't have a password to log into your computer, and your user account is an Administrator, ignore the password field and click OK to continue.

Having the same problem... ignoring the password does not work.. I have a Mac and I never passworded this computer

After the 135th try with my password, I guess I finally found the right one - and it finally worked!  Thanks!
