bring webapp item tags into a content holder (detail layout)

i have a page template that uses content holders. i want to use webapp item tags in a form in the content holder. will this work?

Hi there, No, the form needs to be in the detail layout so the web app tags can be included in the form.

Tags only work within the scope of the layout they are for.
