Any suggestions? It appears as a choice in menu of options in video express but when that camera is selected there is no live feed. Works fine with Skype and other web cam software etc.

Presenter works fine with the Logitech webcam alternative I have but id like to get the Q4 to work!

I have now tested the Q4 with a completely different PC and Adobe Presenter software - it will NOT work as a webcam with that software.

NEEDLESS TO SAY THERE HAS BEEN ZERO REPSONSE FROM ADOBE ABOUT THIS PROBLEM.

The Q4 isn't really a camera that was designed to be used as a webcam. Chances are it is the OS (Windows) not recognizing it as a webcam that is preventing Presenter from seeing it. You can try using the DVdriver software, DVdriver: DV Camcorder to WebCam Converter Software by Eagletron 2015-01-28, to make Windows see it as a web cam, but other than that, you may need to find a different camera.

Also, if you need a response from Adobe, you should reach out to them directly. This is the place to contact them about Presenter, Contact Customer Care. This is a user forum, so chances are you didn't get much response because no one else is trying to use the Q4. Adobe staff does respond here sometimes, but it is on their own time so it shouldn't be expected.
