Webhelp generated with Robohelp10 has a defect when opened in IE10. The Search fields do not enable topics to be visualized.
I have tried the recommended changes to enable Searches to operate, but they result in blank pages all-round when launching the Webhelp in Internet Explorer 10.
The files that I have replaced in the Webhelp folder are: whtbar.js and whskin_frmset01.htm.

Which recommended changes did you make? There are several enhancements for RoboHelp 10 that require manual install. See RoboHelp Patches and Updates | WvanWeelden.eu for an overview. Did you install them all?
Kind regards,
Willam

Thank you. I will install all the patches and make the hotfixes; and keep my fingers crossed.

Well, I know it works, since I’m running RH10 with WebHelp too.

I installed the patch and scrupulously applied the hotfixes.
Having restarted and launched Robohelp afresh, my catastrophic fantasy has now been realized. When I generate WebHelp the Start Page is missing!
So now I am unable to output functioning Webhelp.
Any clues!

Is it mis-behaving in any other browser?

Hi Jeff,
I applied the patch and all the hotfixes and now it won't generate the Start Page! I don't know what to do.

And what happens if you try another browser with it?

Well, no, it’s more that browsers make changes that weren’t present when RH10 was created & thus require patches. In case in point, see last week’s FF35’s instance of breaking WebHelp too.
