Need a disc installing Presenter 10?

When installing Presenter 10 it asks for a disc. But I have no disc because I puchased it online as a download. The only option is to cancel the installation. Please help.

Try re-downloading the installer. Maybe something got corrupted in the file you downloaded.

You might have downloaded the installer on a different machine and moved it to this machine where you are trying to install. Please download it again on the same machine where you want to install and make sure do not pause or stop the download when it is in progress.

Please let me know in case you need the direct download links.

Hi,

It looks you are using the wrong setup.exe. When you unzip the downloaded folder, you get a folder structure as below :

Presenter10.PNG

Please use the setup.exe that is present in the parent folder. This will determine your PowerPoint and install the corresponding 32/64  Presenter.

Do not use setup.exe present inside the folders Presenterwin32 or Presenterwin64.
