trying to get adobe flash player to download and work.

my system runs win 7 and internet explorer 11 i have satillilite internt through  dish (dish net) . .i also have firefox too.  keeps telling me to update flash player. but won't. is there a way i can get a disk or something to download from? getting very ticked at this problem.    shawneandjane@hotmail.com
