I have tried to install Flash Player in Firefox 35.0.1 running Windows 8.1 many times and it says that it has installed but if I look at the plugins it never does show up. It installs just fine in Internet Explorer. I have it installed with Firefox on my other computers but it will not work on this one. I have searched for help and used the flash uninstaller and the shockwave uninstaller before reinstalling several times but it still will not work. Any answers?

Yes, I did. As I said, I have done the same installation on my other computers and it works but won't work on this one.

Hi khark,
Please provide the FlashInstall.log file located at the following:
C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash
C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash
If you have a 32-bit OS, there will only be one file in the \System32 directory. Otherwise, please provide both. The files may be fairly large, if so, you can either paste it here or upload them following the instructions here, How to share a document.
Thank you.

@khark,
There are no logs posted. Can you please try again?
There's one install file supporting both 32- and 64-bit platforms.
I don't understand what you mean by "FF 35 is already out?? why didn't it some up on aol for me."

I attached both file logs to the reply. I didn't know that wouldn't
work. Here is the link now.

Some things were not successfully replaced during the 16.0.0.296 install; I suggest you try a clean install as described in https://forums.adobe.com/thread/928315
