They DON'T answer product questions or help in any way. My agency paid big bucks for support for 2 years and got next to nothing in return. They bought Macromedia, which bought EHelp and failed to support previous contracts. I was hoping to find some help here from users, but it looks like they don't even want that! Good Riddance Adobe. You've lost another valued customer.
