Cannot complete Adobe Flash update16.0.0.280

Windows 7.. 64 bit I use Chrome and Windows

Adobe says I have to run the uninstaller first. But when 

I do, it gets stuck when it asks me to close Chrome when

it IS closed. I don't know what to do.
