H‌elp!

DRopbox is doing nothing to help. I'm trying to import a drawing I made into Gamepress, and all my drawings have a white background. I can keep characters in a game like that.

how do I make it so I can save my drawing to my iPad photos, and bring it into the Gamepress app with a transparent background.

Thanks.

Hey,

Change the background layer opacity to 0 and save it.

Saving and importing images to/from the camera roll can oftentimes result in the transparent background being dropped. Instead, try tapping the share button in the top right, then choose "Share." From there, choose "Copy" instead of "Save Image." This should place a transparent png image on the clipboard. I don't know if Gamepress allows you to import images from the clipboard, but if it does, import the image from the clipboard instead of the camera roll.

Note: a prior bug in iOS 8 bug prevented apps from accessing content in the clipboard that was placed there by other apps. If you see this bug, try upgrading to the latest version of iOS 8, where it has been fixed.

Hope that helps,

Frank
