Do you have an active subscription?
Yes I Have An Active Subscription. I signed out of creative cloud & signed back into creative cloud, I even updated my Lightroom today, still would not allow me to activate maps, still coming up with that same error message.
John R McNally.
Is Develop module also disabled?
Hi RikkFlohr: - Yes I have just checked the develop module and that is also disabled.

Hi Again RickFlohr - Any More Suggestions.?
The only thought I have is that occasionally users have multiple Adobe IDs. Is it possible that you have more than one Adobe ID floating around? Verify that the Creative Cloud account uses the same ID you are using to log in.
If you've verified that, then I recommend going to the support forum (this is the user-to-user forum) : Recently active topics in Photoshop Family about Photoshop Lightroom and posting your topic there.
Hi RikkFlohr: - Thank you for your reply.
Yes I Have Verify that the Creative Cloud account uses the same ID that I am using to log in..
I will take this to the next step, as you suggested.
Hi All: - I Got A Telephone Call Today From Adobe - "Problem Sorted"
Thank You All

Is it a solution you can share for future users?
Hi RickFlohr:- Sorry About The Delay In Getting Back.
***I Feel Such A Fool, As When I Reinstalled LR 5.7, I had Done This From The Creative Cloud, And It Was A Trial Version. "As I Had Originally Purchased The LR 5.7 From Adobe".****
After Trial Ran Out, It Had Ceased To Function. Thus Causing My Problem.
So After Uninstall & Download/Reinstall (From Creative Cloud Again), My Serial Number Would Not Work, As Then When Adobe Agent Phone Up, She Sussed Out That I Had Made A Big Error.
She Was Very Patient, And She Stayed On Phone Until We Downloaded From Correct Place (My Adobe).
We Installed The LR 5.7, And She Got Me Up And Running Again.
****My Fault - My Big Error***
