I don't think there is a FFT fourier transform filter for photoshop cc on the mac side.

No, i don't think there has been an FFT filter available on the mac side for awhile.

There is one that works in photoshop on the mac side, but only on older versions of photoshop like cs3 and mac os x 10.6 or 10.5

You could try gimp, which has a FFT filter under Filter>GMIC>Spectral handling
