Trying to Publish Crashes PowerPoint

I'm trying to use Presenter for the first time....I've yet to have success. Every time I select "Publish" in Presenter the conversion window appears but remains for only about 3-4 seconds...then...everything disappears! No dialog window, no open PowerPoint application, and no Presenter file. I've tried reloading Presenter.

Any suggestions?

Try publishing to your hard drive, rather than to a network drive or the Breeze server. Whenever I've had trouble publishing, that's been the cause. Also, make sure there are no special characters in the folder or file names - it may publish, but will hang at the loading screen when you try to launch the presentation.
