stylus on photoshop canvas does not work

I can not use touchscreen on the canvas on photoshop.I am using a lenovo yoga11e laptap. Touchscreen works outsitde of the canvas, although the program can sense when i am touching the canvas just it wont respond with any lines or whatever tool I am using. could anyone help me please?

I am having issues with photoshop not the stylus. when i am trying to draw on photoshop using touch screen it will not draw on the canvas even though it can see where i am dragging my fingers.
