I can't install Adobe Flah player

The error code comes up and says to turn off Internet Explorer. I have tried that, (Unsure if I did...) and then can't get the player to install.

Could you help me please?

Lynn,

These instructions are for Windows 7.

If you click Start, then Control Panel (View in upper right should be set to Large Icons - not Category) do you see a Flash Player Icon?

If you see the Flash Player Icon, Click on it - the Flash Player control panel should be displayed.

If you see the Flash Player control Panel, click on the Advanced tab to see what version of Flash Player you have installed.

Then you can click on the box to check to see if there are updates.

Download the installer to your local disk:

Close all Internet Explorer instances, then run the downloaded installer.
