How can I upgrade from CS4 to CS6 without having to purchase the entire package all over again? It is only giving me the option to upgrade to CS6 if I have CS5

There is no upgrade to CS6 option for CS4.  Until a few years ago they allowed for CS3 and CS4, but the policy changed and now only CS5+ are included in the upgrade provisions to CS6.
