Please check the following:

1. Open the file in Adobe Digital Editions.

2. Go to File -> Item Info

Check under permissions, Copying permission

File does not have permission to copy to KOBO reader. How do I go back and give it (or any such file from the Public Library) permission?

It's not a file problem. Public library books have been downloadable for quite a while... This seems to be a broader problem... Hoping someone can help us!!!!

These permissions are set by the distributor.
