I'm using Presenter 10. The user interface in a presentation published in HTML5 is not that intuitive on a tablet. It comes up with top and bottom nav bars and with a little trial and error tapping icons you can maximize the screen and go to slides, but it was a surprise to find that tapping the content area on a screen hides the top and bottom bars and you can navigate with finger swipes (this is good).  Some of our users don't like to experiment to find out how to use the interface.  What strategies do you developers use to get them up and running without confusion?  A help screen?
