The version of Flash I am prompted to install is version 16.0, but the license on the page Reader and Runtime Desktop Software License Agreement ‌ is for version 15.0, so how valid is checking the tick box in "i have read the terms and conditions" in the installer? Am I then bound by any terms?

Hi Ian,

It appears the file was updated on the English page, Licenses and terms of use | Adobe, but not on localized versions. I'm escalating to the folks that handle this.
