    Deactivate Contribute 3.11 on Mac?

If I uninstall Contribute 3.11 on a Windows PC, by running Add/Remove Programs, that is supposed to automatically deactivate that copy of Contribute 3.11. I can then install Contribute 3.11 on another PC.

But to uninstall Contribute 3.11 on a Mac, you delete Contribute. I can't imaging that would initiate communications with Adobe's activation servers to let them know that this copy has been uninstalled and is okay to install on another Mac.

How do I deactivate Contribute 3.11 on a Mac? I don't want to use up an allowed install from the install count on Adobe's servers.

      Hope this helps,

I would like an answer on this too! I want to deactivate studio 8 from two macs but the instructions say to just manually remove it.

I do not see how this will work, manually deleting the files from the Mac will not deactivate from Adobes system.

I tried this out and it does not appear to work, when i reinstall it, the software does not ask me to reactivate

I have also tried to open web tickets about this but everything seems down.
