Why when i want to install flash player there is a black window... no downloading?

I try install flash player.

When its time to download it, there is a window "progam installation adobe flash player" and nothing happen.

Its a black window.

Hi David,

We are aware of the 'black' window behaviour and are working to solve the issue.  In the mean time, you can download the offline installer posted to the installation help page, corresponding to the your computer's operating system:

• Installation problems | Flash Player | Windows
• Installation problems | Flash Player | Mac

The installer file is posted at the bottom of the page in the 'Still having problem's section.  If you use multiple browsers, you'll want to download the installers for the browsers that you do use.
