‌i have this error: E_ADEPT_NO_TOKEN

how dan i fix this? My firewall settings are oké. I can connect tto the activate-server. does anybody know THE answer? I have installeren ADE 4.0 on my Mac. My public libary in Holland told me to ask Adobe?
