NOTHING BUT TROUBLE Presenter 10

#1 Spent 2 or more hours with support and it still will only show up in Powerpoint when I run as administrator. Runs VERY slow. PPT Presentation opens, saves and closes VERY slowly with Presenter on it.

#2 Started using anyway and saved a preview version with several videos embedded. Several worked fine but a couple have audio and no video. I tried to import a different file type for the videos and got this error messsage about Adobe Medica Encoder CS6: The Adobe produce that installed Media Encoder (WHAT product?) has not activated etc...  All the fixes and downloads are for earlier versions in 2014. What to do???

Open the file (C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\SLCache\X19zbGNfZmVhdHVyZXNfXw==.slc) in any text editor, delete all of the contents, save it, and set the file to read-only.If still it doesn't resolve the issue then you might need to go for clean installation.
