Flash Plugin not working on OSX after installing latest version

We have customers complaining that video no longer plays or is intermittent after they install the latest flash plugin for OSX 10.7. Some or all videos fail on Mac when using Latest Flash. Videos remain black without starting, stop early, or continually loading. This can be just a few videos, or all of them. Reinstalling Flash fixes the issue.

Is this is known issue with the latest flash installer on OSX?

Device/ Model/ OS: OSX 10.7 and above. Safari, Firefox, & Chrome
