Loading Flash

I am trying to load Flash on Firefox 35.1.  When I get to this screen the computer freezes and I need to go into Task Master to close the screen.  I have also tried to load in IE 11 with the same results.

I have gone to Adobe Flash Player Distribution | Adobe but this does not list Firefox.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Geoff,

We are aware of the blank installer dialog window and are working to fix the problem.  In the mean time, please use the offline installer posted at the bottom of the Installation problems | Flash Player | Windows page, in the 'Still having problems' section.  There are three installer files. You'll want to download and install the ones for the browsers that you use.
