On a few books i have been trying to transfer from my computer to my e-reader the message above has come up. What does it mean and how can i sort it?

This error came on book transfer or book got transferred and you are unable to open it.

Sorry for delay in relying. I think error was caused from download from kobo. But message didnt come up until i tried to transfer to my e-reader. There are 5 part books. The 1st two have worked fine but for some reason the last three havent. I have tried downloading them from kobo a few times but the same error still comes up.
