I seem to have a recording session stuck somewhere, and I can't find it!
I have restartet Captivate 3 again, but I still can't record and get the message "another session of Adobe captivate is currentlig recording. Please close the other session of Adobe Captivate before trying to record".
How can I stop it? Where can I find it? What do I do? (other than rebooting my laptop...)

Hi nennepus and welcome to our community

I have a question if you will kindly indulge me. What version of Captivate are you using and on what operating system?

I seem to recall hearing of this issue before, so I'm a bit curious.

Cheers... Rick

Thanks for that.

I was afraid I was going to hear you were using Captivate 2 on the Vista operating system!

Not sure what to tell you, other than to confirm you aren't nuts and I've heard of others reporting the same behavior from time to time.

Cheers... Rick
