What type of eReader are you using?
Was Digital Editions authorized with a Vendor ID prior to downloading the eBook? If it wasn't, you likely won't be able to accomplish this.

Kobo. Book purchased from Kobo website. I have never had this problem before.

Can you read the title in Digital Editions? Also, what version of the program are you using?
