Error code: 201

I'm having trouble downloading and installing Creative Cloud.  I'm getting the Error code: 201.  I've looked up the Error description and it says, "Occurs when bits swapped on server when the download is paused and when server response is bad."  I'm not sure what happened.  Could someone please help me with this dilemma?  I would greatly appreciate it.  Thanks.

Can you please try and connect to a different network and suggest if you are getting the same download error? Also, please try the following threads and suggest.

How do I connect to a different network?  I only have the one Internet Service Provider.
