German support chat not reachable

I need to reset my adobe id acivations, but German Support Chat (https://helpx.adobe.com/de/contact.html?step=ADE_how-tos-troubleshooting_tech-specs_stillNeedHelp) is not reachable the whole morning (since 9 am), even if ofice hours are 9am-5pm.I am already logged-in, but I cannot click on the German Support Chat button.

Sorry to hear that you are facing some issues while contacting the German Support team.

I checked and see that you have sufficient activations available under the Adobe ID you are using here on Adobe forums. In case there is a different Adobe ID for which you would like to get the activations reset, then you may PM that to me and I will get the activations reset for you.
