Peut-on avoir plus d'un compte Adobe sans le savoir?

J'utilisais un iPad 3, mais j'ai maintenant reçu un iPad Air 2 en cadeau.  Après avoir sauvegardé le vieil appareil, je l'ai synchronisé sur mon nouveau. Depuis plus de 5 jours  j'ai des problèmes avec Bluefire Reader pour télécharger un livre électronique envoyé de ma bibliothèque: mais Bluefire Reader a finalement fait une nouvelle mise à jour hier soir.  Je croyais que tout serait donc réglé...mais non: j'ai maintenant un problème avec Adobe qui me dit:  @"les comptes utilisateurs suivants sont autorisés à utiliser cette application: "mon adresse Gmail que j'utilise comme identifiant" (AdobeID).  Cet article a d'abord été téléchargé à partir d'un compte utilisateur ou identifiant  Adobe différent.  Veuillez ajouter ce compte afin de continuer"@@

Je n'ai pas d'autre compte Adobe!!!  Quelqu'un a-t-il déjà eu ce problème?  Et a-t-il été réglé?
