flash player download bug

Hello to all, since I didn't find any subject about the problem I have, and considering this has become my only option to get it solved (can't you guys from Adobe get a team to answer problems by mail?), here's my question: I tried many times to download flash player (not the .DMG, the program installation), but it keeps having a bug at 30%, and then there's nothing else to do but stop the installation. How do I get it to work?
