Flash not updating for MAC

So since last couple of month i am unable to use flash. There was a update for my MAC which i initiated but it use to get stuck at 50% and then i uninstalled it and install a fresh copy but now I cannot install at all, it keep getting stuck at 50% can anyone help ?

I tried everything mentioned on this forum or google
